The DynaTrem Dynamic Tremolo by Keeley Engineering is an all new type of tremolo that is dynamic and responsive to your playing. Your playing controls the Rate and Depth. The harder you play, the more it responds. Play softly and it relaxes. Set the sensitivity with Rate or Depth controls and you have an unparalleled ability to be expressive with your guitar and tremolo.
Tone Trio – Three Modes
Dynamic Rate – Your playing strength controls the Rate. The harder you play, the faster it modulates! Relax and play softly and the tremolo almost stops.
Dynamic Depth – Play gently and it just barely throbs. Play aggressively and it and pulse hard and deep.
Harmonic Tremolo + Reverb Mode. Yes that phaser/vibey, soulful and sweet sound! We have crafted our own circuits to give you a sound that is sinfully good. Slippery and smooth, you won’t want to gig without it. Add Reverb by adjusting the SHAPE control
With a spin of the SHAPE control you get 4 wave-forms: Ramp Up, Sine Wave, Ramp Down, and Square Wave.
4th Mode! All DynaTrems after serial number 300 have a hidden feature mode: Stadard Tremolo Turn the Shape knob all of the way down and it become a standard triangle wave tremolo in the Delta Rate or Delta Depth modes. Call us for a free upgrade if yours does not have this feature.
Or, when in Harmonic Tremolo Mode the Shape control is Reverb!
Integrated noise reduction – developed with the code to reduce noise swells common with tremolo circuit, you get the quietest effect possible.
Output Volume Control – Can be set for a boost for stand out effect.
True-Bypass – No tone loss when off
Battery Free – Any standard 9 volt, negative tip power supply will work, like a Voodoo Lab Pedal Power II. 60mA or greater.
Keeley Engineered – Decades of audio experience and design.
The DynaTrem Dynamic Tremolo features killer graphics! Looks like an old tube amp or old tube radio. Tone to match too!

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
NEW KEELEY ELECTRONICS DYNATREM
Keeley Electronics DynaTrem: A New Dynamic Tremolo
Edmond, OK – April 24th, 2015 –Keeley Electronics is set to release the DynaTrem, a brand new type of tremolo.
It’s not often that a unique sound or creative tool comes along, but that is exactly what Keeley aimed for with the new DynaTrem dynamic tremolo. The Keeley team has created a neo-vintage voiced tremolo that has two dynamic modes of operation. No longer are guitar players stuck with setting a fixed rate or depth, they now have the ability to control the pedal with just their playing style. Dynamic Depth is an input sensitive mode that adjusts the depth or how deep the volume changes based on playing strength or volume. As the note decays the tremolo’s volume oscillation relaxes to a steady output. Dynamic Rate is really exiting in that you can get the tremolo speed very fast by just playing hard. Settle in with a softer touch and the tremolo winds down. This allows the player to be creative and expressive in ways that were not possible before in a compact effect. Both Dynamic Rate & Depth Modes offer a Shape Control that lets you select one of four waveforms: Ramp Up, Sine Wave, Ramp Down, and Square Wave. Last but not least is a Harmonic Tremolo mode with Reverb. This mode borrows heavily from sounds heard on some vintage Brownface Fender amps. The modulation filter design that creates a phase or vibe type of sound as different parts of the signal are run through complimentary filters. Add to that tone a spring reverb ambience and you have an instant classic. All 3 modes of operation feature noise reduction techniques to ensure the cleanest possible tremolo sounds without unwanted hiss. Lastly we crafted a volume control to make up for perceived volume drops with tremolo circuits, allowing you full creative control! The team at Keeley has carefully crafted a tone that is both vintage and modern. It is designed to inspire and help artists create music in ways that was not possible before.
Like all of Keeley Electronics’ designs, the DynaTrem is hand-built in the USA, by engineers, programmers, music freaks, and guitar players. It includes the trademark Keeley blue LED, true bypass switching, and features a 2-year limited lifetime warranty with world-class Keeley customer support.
