When this reverb arrived, I thought it was the weirdest pedal I had ever heard. I could get some really ambient, avant-grad kind of stuff out of it, but I couldn’t get a simple reverb. I called customer service, and they walked me through the pedal, to no avail. They decided something was defective, and sent me a 2 day shipping label. I sent it in, and had it repaired and back on my board in 3 days (apparently, it had been damaged while in transit to me from Sweetwater). Now, it sounds fantastic. I can get my regular, subtle, spring reverb that I love, but also more lush sounds, should I need them. It’s very transparent sounding too, just giving me what I want, and nothing else. And for $99? That’s an absolute steal; I almost feel guilty for only paying that much.
And let me acknowledge the customer service that Keeley provides; just incredible. Very responsive, and they cared enough to make the repair process as convenient as possible for me, all the while keeping me informed of the progress. If their quality wasn’t enough to hook me as a customer, their service certainly was.

I love this pedal it is very versatile…I use the Soft Focus for an awesome ambient sound.
