All Keeley pedals include a two year parts and labor warranty!

You should read our warranty and repair page before submitting your repair request or warranty covered service.

For all repairs you must complete the Repair Ticket Form before you return a pedal for repair. We only repair pedals that have been made or modded by us.

If your pedal is out of warranty you will then be prompted to complete payment of $34.95/$59.95 (international), which includes standard repairs and return shipping costs. Please visit our Service Department for more information.

Most repairs are quickly turned around in 1-2 weeks shop time.

Refund and Exchange Policy

The pedal must have been purchased directly from Keeley Electronics. Refunds and exchanges will not be accepted for pedals purchased from a dealer, website, or eBay. The pedal must be in perfect condition (no scratches, Velcro, ect.). The original box must be returned with the pedal as well. All returned and exchanged pedals are inspected and will be returned to the customer if they are found to not be in acceptable condition. The customer has 48 hours to try the pedal out and to notify Keeley Electronics that they would like to return or exchange it and a full refund will be given once the pedal has been inspected. If we are not notified within the 48 hour test period, you still have up to two weeks to contact us to return or exchange your pedal but you will be charged 10% of the pedals cost as a restocking fee. There are no refunds or exchanges after two weeks. Thank you for your cooperation!
